Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:


How long does shipping take? 

Lead time for shipment varies by product.  Some items are in stock for immediate shipment.  Other items, such as custom control room furniture, may require 4 - 6 weeks for shipment.  We will acknowledge your order and provide lead time after order placement.


Will I be charged for taxes?

Sales tax will be collected on orders placed which ship to a state that Legacy Designs has nexus.  In any state that sales tax is not collected, the customer may be responsible for Use Tax.  Conatct your state dept of revenue with questions regarding Use Tax.


What is your returns policy? 

Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning product.  Your 100% satisfaction is our concern; however, please do not return products without notifying us.


Do you refund?

Standard products can be returned for a refund.  Non-standard items may not be refundable, or may incur a restocking charge.  Please contact us for details and a return authorization prior to requesting a refund.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

All major credit cards are accepted.  For larger orders, please contact us for a credit application to arrange credit terms.


What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Please contact us for warranty terms on specific products.  Most products carry warranties ranging from one year to a limited lifetime warranty.


All defective products may be requested for return (upon receiving a return authorization) to Legacy Designs facility, or authorized company supplier, for inspection and manufacturer's disposition.  Our warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, or improper application.  Legacy Designs will not be responsible for customer alterations, negligent use, or failure to properly maintain products.
